Publication of Disciplinary Orders by the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board
The Bar Council publishes on its website all adverse disciplinary orders by the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board (“ASDB”) since December 2004, subject to the policy (accessible here) concerning the duration of publication of such orders.
If you have any enquiries, or wish to request information regarding the record of ASDB disciplinary orders (if any) in respect of a Member of the Bar, please contact the Compliance Unit by telephone at 03-2050 2160, or by email at compliance@malaysianbar.org.my.
